Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges and return shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
You can contact us at margaretusastore6@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges and return shipping charges.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible if you do not follow this process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on girdles (Fajas) or auction clothing (clothing on sale or delicacy). We cannot process exchanges. If you need a different color or style, please initiate a return for the item you are not satisfied with. Once a return is initiated, you may place a new order for the item you prefer. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges and return shipping charges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a store credit. Remember, your total credit can be exchanged for any of our other products, as we do not refund money. There are no returns on girdles or auction clothing (clothing on sale or delicacy).
